In the glassed in production, our guests can clearly see each production line and can assure themselves of our high quality pastas. Over 250,000 guests visit our pro-
duction site each year.

There you can see how the pasta is made during one of our tours through the production area. The guided tour lasts 90 minutes and shows you how the pasta is shaped, dried, and packaged. The tour is done by knowledgeable guides, who will answer any questions you may have.
